Location: SoCal | Kysers are great for 6 strings. Some people like something a little less bulky, but you can't beat them for ease. They don't work well on 12 strings (they have a 12 string model and that's what I'm talking about). For 12's, I use a Shubb. |

Location: Scotland | Shubb. I have several Shubbs but my original is well over 20 years old & still going strong. It's the best capo design for not making the guitar sound out of tune, plus the rubber sleeve is replaceable, so they'll last a lifetime. You can also do some cool partial capo tricks by cutting up the sleeve or by making the capo miss the sixth string. www.shubb.com |

Location: Kentucky | I use a Kyser on my Elite T and it works great. I think the Dunlops look cooler, but your hand can wack into the capo when playing.
The Kysers stay out your way.
And mine is black to match my guitar! |

Location: Kansas City, MO | I don't think you can beat a Shubb capo for any guitar. Best I've ever used, not bulky very secure, easily ajusted. See musiciansfriend.com |
