They offer FREE Musicians Classified (broken up by telephone area codes) for bands looking for musicians (and vice versa), FREE Equipment Classified to sell/buy guitars & such, and listings for clubs & bars looking to book bands, rehearsal and recording studios, and the like. The thing that's good about it is that you can scroll through stuff that's pertinent to your particular geographic area.
Hooked up with my band via this site two years ago.
