Location: Fort Worth, Texas | Just curious about the electronics on a Legend 1867 in a local shop. I've played this guitar several times and am saving $ to purchase as my new performing guitar (they are selling it fro $899.99 and they told me yesterday they would throw in a hard shell case, ticket says mnfc price is $1299.00). The serial number is 563985, which according to the "Crack the Code" on the Ovation site was manufactured in 2001. The electronics are not the same as the one shown on the web site. It is a rectangular preamp, which looks to have the same functions as the curvy ones on the web site. The preamp has no model printed on it. Does anyone know which preamp it is? Thanks in advance! |
