Location: Indiana | First let me say that the guitar is a celebrity so the usa division has nothing to do with it, however it is my understanding the procedure would be the same, find an authorized dealer, let them send it back after they get rma # and you deal with the dealer. It just seems a rather shoddy way to handle things,if the repair or replacement is not timely or information about the repair hard to get not only Ovation but the dealer also may loose a customer, needless to say I'm disappointed in both Ovation and my dealer. |

| Buy USA made and you are a customer for life. And the guitar will be there too. |

Location: Indiana | Well the celebrity is my sons ,I own an elite but the procedure would be the same for warranty work, hopefully mine never needs it,just seems to be a goofy policy. |
