Location: BE		I bought myself a C2078LX a couple of months ago and ran into an issue with the OP-Pro/Studio pre-amp on it.

It tried to connect it to the PA/mixer, phantom powered, through an XLR cable - since that moment on the BATT. LOW LED lights on continuously from the moment a battery is inserted, even when it is no longer connected to the mixer.
Playing the guitar, the sound is still fine, however the battery get's drained right away, so I ended up pulling out the battery throughout the concert.

Even when the OP-Pro/Studio pre-amp is removed from my guitar, the led starts burning from the moment I insert the battery.

I am afraid something is 'blown-up' in the pre-amp. I checked the manuals and the internet but could not find any cause/solution for this.

Any suggestions/ideas anybody?

Location: Boise, Idaho		Call the customer service number on the Ovation website or in your manual. They're the best. Most of us are just amateurs.
