I've got a breadwinner. I like the way it plays and sounds, but I have an "echo" problem. When I'm doing fingerwork on the high strings I get a real annoying echo in the strings I'm not picking. The sound from the strings I play seems to resonate through the bridge and create harmonics in the other strings. Its really annoying. Is this a common problem with the breadwinner? What can I do to fix it? I seem to see alot of pictures of breadwinners that have had the metal Deacon saddles installed and I have begun to wonder if the metal saddles eliminate the echo?
I also need some parts if anyone has 'em to sell.
I need one of the round nuts that goes arond the selector switch on the pickguard, and one of the black plastic tuners with the silver head.
thanks all |
