Location: Capital District, NY, USA Minor Outlying Islands | I don't know about a new bridge, but I needed a new saddle, and they sent me two! An old style one, which is just plain rounded and a new style one, which had a kind of reverse edge at the b string. The new one is the one I installed and it works great. The customer service is first rate. I'm so impressed by them. |
