only four hours to go - does anyone have any info on this, no response from questions for seller and zero feedback.

The guitar might be very nice. But if the seller will not reply to your questions and has a zero feedback rating, I would walk away from this one asap. GC 12's come up all the time on eBay and you will have no trouble finding a nice one in the near future. Dave

I agree with Dave....a "zero" feedback rating and ignoring "Question For Seller" adds up to a very definite NO SALE to me. Wouldn't matter if it was unique(which it isn't)....

Thanks, posted as maybe someone had gotten something from seller as to condition. Doubt if it will sell, reserve is over $450 so I'm not commited (may be crazy but not commited-yet). We'll see where it goes. I seem to have a couple eBayers that start bidding on anything I bid on...at least the same on the last 3 guitars I bidded on.

I see that it didn't meet reserve.....maybe he'll answer questions next time!!!!! :)

My gut feeling though, is that the guitar is not worth any more than the high bid he got......

He did reply close to ending with "It is in great shape, no cracks or warping. The finish is beautiful! Steve"

I wrote him after it closed and offered my previous bid of $450 if I had closeup photos and serial number...suggested he come over to OFC and review past posts, etc. concerning the GC's. Told him I bought an excellent 1659 CL 12-str for about $420 (with s&h) about three months ago. Also suggested he check out Orion Bluebook before setting his reserve. We'll see.

Tony

That is a 12 string guitar of the sort I would like to have, but the price must be right and it seems his reserve is too high.
