Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico | Hi everybody:
I have played classical guitar for over 20 years but I always wanted to play non-classical guitar solos. Now that I have my new Ovation I do not know where to start. I am also used to nylon strings. I live in central Mexico so it is hard to find good sheet music too. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance! |

Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico | Thanks a lot! I will look for their music. I was not clear about strings. I am used to nylon strings but my Ovation has steel strings, that is why I want to try music which help me to be used with them. Greetings! |

Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico | Ovation guitars are not available and very expensive where I live. You can find Ovations in some musical stores in Mexico city but I am left handed and that makes a bigger problem. I spent almost two years trying to buy my Ovation in Mexico and finally I had to ask for it to USA and of course I had to pay the shipping cost and custom taxes. I am very happy with my new guitar but I am saving money and next time I will go directly to buy a higher model in USA (This will take some time). |
