They were doing a segment on Billy Ray Cyrus. Showed him sitting on his couch, and right next to him was a beautiful blonde women.....wait... on the OTHER side of the couch next to Cyrus(on a stand), was a beautiful Jet Black Legend or Custom Legend. Didn't know he had such good taste! Norse(speakin of the guitar, not the blonde!)man Norse

Let me tell you, when "Achy Breaky Heart" came out, I laughed myself silly. "Oh this sumbitch won't be around this time next year, blah, blah blah..." I have now worked on 4 or 5 projects with Billy Ray, and he has proved me wrong. He is a Kentucky boy, and one class act...and a major talent. I mean, when he can comes over to the bandstand with Charlie McCoy, Tony Migliore, Russ Hicks, Jerry Kroon, etc. and verbally dictate complicated chords and arrangements, that is a talent very few singers have. Plus, he found out my daughter was turning 21 while we were all in FL, and he sent my daughter a special birthday gift. While we were rehearsing the TV show, he shut down the stage (on his dime!) and went out into the main street of Epcot just to meet and greet his fans. I love to see a star with gratitude. All hail BRC!!

I wish I would have caught more of the special, I liked a song he was singing at the close. Nice acoustic guitar....something about being face to face with God? Don't follow BRC so I'm not sure. Anyway, that legend (and there may even have been two of them)was perrrrrty! Norse(but don't tell my Pacermaker...my achky breaky Pacemaker...I just don't think she'd understand...!)man1

She was also on the TV show we did. I have not seen the movie yet, but I hear it is really good! And...to complete the story of what a great guy BRC is, he and his wife invited me onto their bus for a wine and cheese party with the the Disney mucka-tee-mucks. But, the Disney folk were pretty much assholes. I feel sure he felt the same way.

You are a wealth of information when you ain't reading a medical dictionary. You are gonna write a book I hope. I'll buy it. Put an Ovation on the cover and I'll buy two!
