I really wish I could have made the Ovation tour, but, alas, I had to work. Did anyone ask about Ovation making a 2004 Collectors edition? Just curious if it was mentioned.

I believe I heard Rick H. say the 30th CL. took the place of the collectors edition this year.

That is correct, there is no 04. Just this Custom Legend issue but it's not called a C-Series.

btw:

At the "Q&A" portion of the day, someone DID in fact ASK about why the Lifetime Warranty didn't transfer to successive owners . . . . .

. . . he should be out of the hospital in about four to six weeks.

Hey Photo... I was just noticing the list of instruments you have and you don't have a 97' Collector... I was just at a dealer hear in Tulsa today picking up some Mando strings and they have a 97' collector in great shape!... Top has no nicks or any other trouble... I can slip by there and take some pictures of it if you're interested... They took it on a trade and have a sale price of $799.00 on it... I will have to say that the little thing is pretty darn cute!
Best to ya..
Gerald

The '97 is my personal favorite of all the Collectors series. Absolutely unique, plays and sounds great. Dave

Hey,

I think the 2001 is the best Collectors model ;)

Did I mention that the 2001 is a work of art? See Al for details. There's one in NJ with your name on it.

Regards,
Jon
