Hey,

Getting excited here. I'm pretty close to becoming the new owner of a 2000 1868 Elite. Paul (Roundhead)has it listed on Ebay - not quite 2 days left on the auction. This will be my first shallow body. I have a deep bowl (1537 from Woz) and a mid (2001 Collector from Al), also a 1778T. I am really looking forward to experiencing the shallow bowl technology.

Counting the hours,
Jon Van Gilder

That would be roundBACK... tho my head is rounder than my back. I have nothing in common with Quasimodo or his kin.

LOL... I saw a picture of that bell tower in the Tour documentary, but it said 'Seven Stories'. Are they very, very small stories, or is this another story altogether?

Now I seem to remember that Quasimoto had an assistant. I can't remember his name, but his face rings a bell!

His assistant was his twin brother.
When Quaz died, his brother took over for him.
When the brother died, the priest said at the eulogy:

". . He wasn't as good, but he sure was a dead ringer for his brother . . ."

sorry.

The only Ovation that humor should get is the sound of one hand slapping.

Or maybe one hand slapping...

Quasimodo is at the end of his rope.
