Location: phoenix AZ | i'm getting a pinnacle 3862 without the pre amp (all the electronics were removed). any body know what can be installed in this guitar? it is a rectangle opening. thanks |

Location: Scotland | I think they came with a 3-band FET3, but any other rectangular pre such as the Op24, OPX or Optima should work. The only other consideration is the battery holder. |

Location: Kent, England | Mine's a Pinnacle 3712 containing a FET3. The battery holder is held in place within the bowl by a screw located 2-3 inches (5-6 cm's) to the left of the FET3 unit. Access to the battery tends be be easier only when renewing strings.
