I dont know the actual value, but experiencial shooting from the hip suggests a value of about 1.5 to 5 henries for L1 in the 3rd example. Much less than 1 Henry would be ineffectie, more than a few Henries would be pretty big. The overall value of the cap and resistor with it would also suggest that value range.

I got out the calculator and dug up the formula for resonance. Using the value of 800Hz (as per the Breadwinner user manual), I came up with the value of 1.5 henry for L1.

BTW, if you're creating that ... it might be a good thing to use two smaller inductors, back to back in series.
