| Has anyone placed a custom order for an Adamas or an ovation? Will Kaman do it? What dealer would you suggest? Thanks |

Location: Upper Left USA | Drop Al Pep an email. He is fair, honest and a constant source of entertainment for the Mothership (I gather) so they move him to the front of the line!
I have bought through him and will do so again. |

I special ordered an old style 1687 Adamas in 2002. It took about 5 months and I am extremely pleased with it. |

Location: Vernon, CT | I ordered my new Custom Legend 1779-USA from Al P. in Aug. and just got it almost two months to the day from ordering it. For my special order crystal blue Balladeer LX it took 1 and 1/2 months from ordering to receiving it via Al P. I absolutely am happy with both guitars. No one I've dealt with can beat Al P. for honesty, integrity, prices and customer service. Call or write him. Play On!

My 1858 Elite 12 String was done as a custom order.
Mid-depth Bowl, Transparent Blue Finish, They turned it around for me in just about 3 months.
But that was a little over a year ago. Now that they are so busy producing LX's you're order might take a little longer. But they did a super job! Paul Templeman I believe also had some custom work done. and Chris Choate on the board has also had some custom work done.
If you want a custom made Ovation, Depending on your specs, thay can do it. But have a dealer like Al Scope out the specs for you. He'll find out what can and can't be done and get you a good price to boot. |
