Location: Philadelphia, PA | I have a new Ovation 1778 T, and I need to do some minor neck adjustments.
There seems to be two places where the neck adjustment might be. There is a cover on the headstock and there is also a hex nut adjustment inside the guitar (at the heel of the neck).
Is this a double truss rod? Which adjustment point do I use? (headstock or heel?) |

I too have a 1778T and love it! I use a 3/16 size hex thingy. I think it would be the same for you too. |

Thanks for the reply! |

Good thing I joined this board and asked that question.
I've seen Ovation guitars that have adjustments inside the bowl (hence the rear access) so I wasn't sure if this was one of those double-truss-rods or whatever.
Phew... good thing I asked.
