I'm surmising that because Hamer stopped making 'em, they weren't popular enough to be viable. Enough said. But it is a cool little effect.

Location: 6 String Ranch | Hamer firsts, show up both before and after. ALso I would have to say they are the only ones that the quality immediately improved when they moved to a new factory 1200 miles away. That always takes months to happen. Shows the dedication of Frank and Jol and the crew. |

Location: Midland, MI | I have also read that the Kaman purchase of Hamer was the first, and only, instance of a small shop being bought by a larger corp. and the quality actually improving instead of declining.
Hamer can't be all bad, even Ed Roman says good things about them (well, sorta...) |
