I wonder if that seller has licensed the rights to all those trademarked logos and stuff.

Ooooo that looks awful.
I'd think about it for a minute and throw it out in a second with two hands just to save face.

Ah come on. It's not that ugly. and it does have the Ovation Logo. It wouldn't have been my choice of color. But it's not bad. I bet it glows in the dark. :D

This thing is so cheesy it is totally cool. I figured I'd better buy this before one of those buying maniacs in Colorado get a load of it. ;)
At some point in time, it will come back into vogue ... probably about the same time those 6" wide ties my dad used to wear in the 70's are showing up on MTV.

It just shows how much value the Ovation logo can add to something less than optimal.

They had a cool ovation clock at the plant. It was an ovation guitar lit up in neon.

You might know that an old hippie would be the first to recognize an artistic treasure. I am going to list my Pat Whatzisname, who nailed his loss after running for president with "The people have spoken, the bastards" bumper sticker, who ran in the 70's and hope to get more than $16 dollars for heaven's sake.

Oh Yes, that was the guy

I forgot to mention, I have hundreds of McGovern memorabilia that my wife and I, the only two people who voted for him in California at the time, couldn't give away. I had to junk a perfectly good 1969 Buick because it had a McGovern sticker on the bumper that I couldn't remove. There were no clocks, but I think there was a 100 year calender with his picture on every week, I can't verify that because I haven't the courage to look at it again.

What am I bid?

Say what you will, both of my Peavey's were made in the good ol' golly-gosh-darned You-Ess-of-Eh. The wood ain't Hamer quality, but the workmanship is just fine, the hardware didn't need to be upgraded, they sound good and they were cheaper than a lot of that import k-rap (I'm thinking Jay Turser for some reason).

Oh, wait, you were referencing the thing about my meds, weren't you.

OOPS!

My faux pas. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

:)

(Just havin' fun..but, seriously, the PVs are decent, Hartley's reputation notwithstanding)

I was being serious about the clock, not really giving you a hard time. They actually have a Peavey clock that looks a lot like the Ovation one. Maybe we could get the artwork from him since Ovation doesn't like to give out theirs.
