Location: New Jersey | I'm tired of sellers and everyone stating, these have the "real Dimarzio Super 2's"...not the "Korean Knockoffs". I have 2 GP's, one with Super 2's and 1 with the Korean pickups. I got news, the Korean pickups sound exactly like the Super 2's, if not better.
and, for the Queens fans out there, yes Josh has a GP with Korean knockoffs in it. You can tell because one of his black guitars has a square input jack. |

Location: Midland, MI | Hrmm, interesting. On a tangent (not a MOB, though), I have the opportunity to hoof down to Clebeland in April for the show at the House of Blues. Is Queens of the Stone Age (I think that's the right name) worth it? If nothing else, I s'pose I could find a jazz club. :) |

Location: New Jersey | depends...early on in their Songs for the Deaf Tour, their sound guy was horrible. He would crank the volume on the PA up so much you would get all kinds of interference with any room that had bad accoustics and you really only heard a buzz. I saw them later on outside and they were amazing. After that, I saw them again inside and there wasn't a problem. I'm going to see them again next month at Webster Hall, a small club in NY. I'm hoping it's a good show. |
