Remember, it is limited to a run of 100 so they may not be around for a very long time.
I have ordered mine from Al and can't wait! :D
Who else is on the list or plans to be? |

I gues with infaltion, it would be about the same. I'm just not sure how much I would like it. I should've gone to NAMM (I simply did not know it existed).

to be really honest, I screwed up when I origianlly registered, and typed in "mtbnikerfred" when I meant "mtnbikerfred", So Miles changed it in my profile, and now, I have to use the old one to login, but it lets me into my profile, lets me post and everything works. but I'm like the walking dead.. not really here or there....

I was just about to email you and ask if you had decided to jump on board or not. Guess your post answers that question.
You and Dave have got to own some of the best collections of acoustic O's in the country. |

May be releasing a couple to make room (Adamas II, slothead CL 12-str, Adamas II 12-str, etc.)
Maybe
Hard to do it when you've grown attached but hate to keep in cases. |

But I keep telling myself that after a guitar has been stored for 3-4 months, and I crack open the case and put it back in the rotation, it is like having another new guitar. So fresh, so much fun to play, so nice to hear. It is like having a birthday or christmas present all over again.
However, if they don't come out to play for a year or so and I don't miss them or think about them, then it is time to pass them on to someone who will appreciate what they have to offer. |

Lurk around Kim's basement sometime, Sam's closets, the mountain top, some SW consultants office out in Walnut, Miles electronics warehouse, Al's living room, the Japan super Adamas collectors, etc. Any many other places. There are some amazing collections out there. I'm just thankful that I know some of these people and get to enjoy their instruments and that I have a few of my own to keep me happy. Don't get me wrong, I'm very proud of my guitars. |

Due to the shorter scale length, would the 12 fret be more tonally accurate? With less sustain?
Never played a 12fret guitar  |

| The widely held belief from classicals to Martins to whatever is that they just sound better. I am unconvinced. Some do (Martins in my opinion) some don't (loads of expensive Martin copies). Ya pays ya money....... |

correct me if I'm wrong... the scale length is the same, the bridge placement is further back |

So why aren't there any Baritone Adamas I's?
All the beef and more fretboard! |

But those were Adamas II by classification. |

I searched everywhere I can think of, and no soap. I am sure that some one here knows all the actual specs.
I forgot to ask Al when speaking to him earlier today.... |
