An Ovation Celebrity CC 026 :) I didn't exactly have the highest budget so there wasn't much I could afford, but one of my friends had an Ovation and I fell in love with it :p This one was just calling my name I guess...

I had a cheap $50 off brand electric which I've been using for the past 6 months or so, and I figured it was about time I picked up an acoustic.

Anyways, just introducing myself to the community :)

Congrats, on the "O" you can sure find tons of info here. I'm willing to bet the CC026, won't be your only Ovation you will most likely sell your house, car, cat, dog and the Off brand $50.00 electric for another "O" when the spirit hits.

I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy your CC 026
Is it Spruce or Mahagony?

Welcome to your new addiction..er, the club. ;) The great thing about O's is that you don't have to spend a ton to get a decent tool.

{taps fingers}

Ok, cliff, MWoody, bailey...don't start.

Great seguay Cruster! Now Idon'tfeel like a Hijacker.

Just over a year ago I felt the tug to pick up my guitar and check outOvations again. Landed here and this is what I've come to:

An affordable and diversified portfolio. We don't want a cure for GAS but we do have meetings!

Cruster - guess which one is next to be bathed in Corrosives and abraded down to bare bones?

Is that it on the right?

Speaking of hijacking, and seeing as your breadweiner's have reminded me...on VH1 today they were doing the Bob Marley Behind the Music thing...Bob was playing 'Redemption Song' for the camera with just him and his Adamas. Very moving. Can't remember if it was Tosh or Bunny who played guitar when they were all together, but whichever it was they were playing a breadwinner/deacon. Ovation needs to get on the stick and start pushing this stuff out...

After seeing the MWoody collection, I don't feel so bad. Four Ovations currently in my position, a couple more have come and gone, and wanting a few more. GAS deffinitely. Where are those meetings?

Hi, Fruzzy

Greetings from a few miles to the north and welcome to the club. May your new Ovation bring solace if you are a KU fan.

KU, Syracuse, BU, Wake Forrest, lots of upsets. Certainly a lot more than I remember from prior years.

I have fuzzy kitty sox, I wear them like slippers. There's not much to explain :p

I'd take a photo but they're sitting in my dorm room :(

Fuzzy Kitty Sox.....

That leads me to believe that you are one of our fairer sex members. Glad to have you aboard. Always nice to have the opinions and outlooks of our better halves!

Welcome! My CC026 has treated me well so far, probably because I am constantly fondling it...
