Gosh, I can't imagine why they would have "some kind of emotional reaction".

I don't believe I'll be asking "Where's the beef?" anymore.

Might not like the answer...

I hope at least that the fingernail was clean . . . . and that the "donor" wasn't a guitarist.

(desperate attempt at making this thread "OnTopic" :-)

Reminds me when I was young. I was stirring a can of Campbell's vegetable soup when I noticed something strange. I fished it out. It turned out to be either a large thumb nail or a toe nail.

We sent it to Campbell's and they sent back an entire case of vegetable soup. We ate the soup but made sure that we carefully inspected each bowl.

Sorry, LTPR. If it's any consolation, check out Phil Keaggy sometime. He's missing the middle finger on his picking hand. Sure can't tell, tho.

btw, you're one of the few people who seems to have picked up on the 'waskel'.

Seemed obvious to me - but there again I thought cliff lived on a steep hill and paul was a really tempermental gumshoe and standingovation was famous.

Sadly, not everyone sees the obvious. I get a lot of 'huh?'s

I knew about Paul and StandingO - are you saying Cliff doesn't? He seems pretty over-the-edge to me...

The license plate on my fun car is "IMMOODY". My wife's plate is "MOODYRN". Everybody gets out of the way, on the road, of a psycho nurse!

Saw a plate on a guy's car last week that said "NOBODY".

. . . thought that was pretty original.

Years ago, I tried for "FAH-Q", but the NJ-DMV wouldn't let it fly . . . I'm sure they've seen 'em ALL . . . .

Well, they wouldn't let you have it because you dropped off the rest of the phrase, "FAHQYEW". See if that will fly. Tell 'em its Farsi for "Oh Holy Allah" and if they won't give it to you you'll sue for racial descrimination.
