don't know if anyone else here has tried one of these but i like it just for the nostalgia of it all. the seller gets great reviews and they are apparently very usable picks (only the silver coins). he has several other years available. '56 is my birth year and if i had a quarter from that year i'd try to shape it myself. he includes a nice keychain holder that displays the face of the pick. |

what's the link? If you're looking for your year of birth in silver, Stephen, don't forget that they only began producing silver coins after the standard was changed in 1893. |

You could make a brand-new guitar look like Willie's "Trigger" in a month.
Beal comments that he don't like 'em... Somewhere I got metal finger-picks and I don't like them.
Something about the metal-to-metal...
But I have some coins, and I have a dremel... |

Might get one for my coin collection though. |

Location: big island | hey, this pick actually works quite well but i would not use it for all songs. it adds a unique flavor. best used for arpeggio or single note picking rather than strumming. i likes it! the way it is beveled it will not damage strings, it is comfortable to hold, and is 52, just like me. |
