Love to go to games or have a game on the TV in the background while I am taking care of honey-do's.
Lately, I have been hearing a term that just puzzles me. I sure it has been around forever but I don't know what it means. I figure....where do I go for ask all questions of a meaningless nature and guess what I come up with....that's right, the OFC ;)
Now....what is a walkoff home run (or maybe it is a walkon)
Appreciate those who provide a real answer to a serious question! |

Location: Phoenix AZ | A walkoff home run is when the home team bats in the bottom of the 9th (or later) inning and hits a HR to win the game. The word "walkoff" is because the visiting team can do nothing except walk off the field. You must have watched the Red Sucks game yesterday. Dave |

All the sites I visited just seem to focus on baseball. |

Do you thing an aggressive steroid regimen would improve my guitar playing? |

Actually it's a little known fact that God used to play third base for the Red Sox. He was the "player to be named later" when the Sox made that deal with the Yankees for Babe Ruth. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | Hey, maybe guitars should count as exemptions! I mean it is kind of a money pit, just like children right? So why shouldn't we get a little brake from the feds? Write your congressman ... |
