Looks great, and the Ovation banner in the background is a nice touch. :)

Thanks for asking Mike, I am doing pretty good. I was in the hospital a couple of days last week, but I am doing well now.

The angle of the picture makes them look like there are on the high hangers at GC....us adults have to stretch and the kids can't reach them.

Nice rack....uhhhhh

Wow...nice collection. However, you made a critical error. You made no allowance for expansion!

If you put the first strip of hangers high, you can probably slip a second strip below it, although you might have to set it up so that the necks of the lower guitars went in front of and behind the bodies of the upper guitars.
Of course, if the next guitar is a Taylor, you don't need a rack; you can put it in a closet.
Peace,
John

Mike, why'd you put them up so high? Of course, the ceiling could only be about 6 1/2 feet high, I guess.

Pam Anderson = about 75% natural.

I think the camera angle (from the couch) and the "wide angle" effect of the lens makes 'em look further away (higher) than they really are.

btw:
Pam had the grotesquely oversized FunBags removed, and went with smaller ones . . . thereby affecting the ratio . . .

Thanks for looking guys! Yes, the camera angle is deceiving. I'm 6'2" and I can touch the ceiling of the room and when I stand next to the guitars my eyes are about at the 12th frets! Here a shot taken while standing across the room...

one more interesting tidbit of info.....I totaled up the prices of ALL my instruments and including the cost of the hangers.....I'm still under the cost of one high end Martin or Taylor! :D

Serge, I'll sell you the 1674 for 1/3rd the cost of a high end Martin or Taylor! (I get to choose which model! :D )

was in Berea, I grew up at the back gate of Furman
but moved away during college. actually my parents moved while I was in college. it only took me four weeks to find them, but that was 14 years ago. I ended up outside of columbia. nothing near as good as the upstate. and didn't you hear, my last offer was $450 and i'm still not selling :p
