My epiphany for the day whilst wondering about the future employment of one of our OFC Brothers was that his displayed name is not pronounced Hizz-ner as I thought, but it is his-On-er (His Honor, the Mayor)!
Must be my local dialect that impedes me from fully enjoying the language we Mer-kins use!

In the small town where I grew up, there were two kinds of people, those who were 'part of the problem' (as evidenced by their complaining loudly and frequently at council meetings about whatever they perceived as 'the problem') and those who the council appointed to chair committee's and panels to 'look into solving the problem.' That generally solved 'the problem.'
Just something to think about. ;) |
