Location: Powder Springs, Ga. | I'd like to thank you guys again for all your help with my amp purchase. After researching and then listening to the amps I could find I decided on the Genz-Benz Shenandoah Jr. What a great sounding amp! Best I've heard. Ken Stanton Music in Marietta Ga. gave me a good deal plus they threw in a $40 cover with it. Better then any deal I could find on the net. It's nice to know some things can still be haggled down.
Thanks again, Bentman |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Thanks for the post....I'm thinking about buying an acoustic amp, and the Genz-Benz Shenandoahs are on my short list. Hearing from a happy user is a good reference!

| Given that we can buy Ovations, Hamers and Takamines here why can't we buy Genz Benz? |

| They don't import them, and if they only make them for the US market they'll have that weeny 110 volt thing. |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Thanks, Bentman, but I'm a "try before buy" person.....Elderly Instruments in Lansing (80 miles away from me) has it for only $10 more. I don't think my local Guitar Center (2 miles away)has Genz-Benz, otherwise I'd just go there.

Location: Scotland | Shroeder, I may have dreamt this, but I'm pretty sure Genz Benz picked up a UK distributor at Frankfurt this year, so they should be available in the UK in a few months. I've owned several 110V amps, mostly vintage Fenders, and they work perfectly in the UK & Europe with an industrial 110V transformer |

Location: Powder Springs, Ga. | 500 km? I think it's worth the drive...or maybe take one of the trains I hear so much about. It couldn't take any longer then a ten mile drive in Atlanta. =) |

You didn't - but let's be honest here, if you are dreaming about distributorships you are working way too hard. I'd prescribe Guinness for you but they took away my licence.

Danke - they have a website as well www.sutherlandtrading.com - but it's only part built. At least there is a distributor now. Maybe I'll get to see one one day. |
