What does Ovation do with the tuner holes alignment on headstocks of Left Handed guitars? Do they keep the same arrangement as rightly? It seems to me I've seen some lefty guitars with righty hole drilling and some with lefty hole drilling. Is that possible?

The 1777 (righty) and L777 (lefty) Legends on the Ovation website are shown with the same headstock; that is, the tuners for the three "high" strings are also "higher up" on the righthanded headstock, but they're also higher up for the lower three strings on the lefty headstock.

I don't have mine handy for reference, but that seems to be correct for mine as well.

(I can't believe I didn't think of or ask this question - I'm usually way to anal about that sort of thing...)

All but one of my Ovations are rightys coverted to lefty, and they all have the same drilling configuration with the right side holes (if you're looking at it frontally) being higher than the holes on the left side.
