I put new elixir strings on my 97 collector and I had forgotten just how good this thing sounds. Someone, I think it was STANDINGOVATION said this guitar is just a baby_________? What is the grown up version. Deepbowl, 12 fret neck, slothead Folklore?
Thanks
Steve

I think I called it a Baby Folklore. Very nice guitar. Sometimes I regret parting with mine, but I just felt that in a small body guitar the roundback just wasn't quite "it". The sound was quite impressive, however. Dave

The '97 parlors are great sounding guitars for their size.....so much so that I have 2 of them. One is the wide neck version and the other is the narrow neck version.

45flint...what type strings did you put on it?
