Location: Powder Springs, Ga. | Thought this was a bit odd but the band that played during a party in the movie "Local Hero" (1983) which took place in Scotland was playing an Ovation. The guy at the door said that they had to charge more for the tickets because the musician just bought a new guitar.
You never know when these types of things will pop up.
