Location: Paris/France | Hi,
I need your help to save a nice 1111-4 Balladeer.
I'm in contact in with a french O's Fan who need your help.
The neck of his Balladeer is broken (see the pics) and all the Luthier in France says that it's impossible to repair this guitar.
I can't accept this fact that's why i'm asking your help.
It's surely not a very valuable guitar but, for the owner, it's really important to bring it back to life.
This guitar was previously owned by his late father and it has a very important sentimental value!!
He don't speak English and even if my English is poor, i've accepted to help him. Do you think it's possible to add a new neck on this guitar??
Do you know where he can find this neck???
I really hope that there's someone who can help this young guy to repair his guitar.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Jérôme :)

I'd say send it to them for a quote. If it has that type sentimental value it would be worth the shipping just to know. Nobody can do the job like the factory can. And I bet the price will be reasonable. |

You guys remember your reaction when seeing Burt Reynold's broken leg in "Deliverence" or when Joe Theisman's leg went backwards??
I just had one of those moments.
Send her back to the Factory, Jerômé. |

I never had a bad feeling about Reynold's broken leg in Deliverance. Always kinda thought he deserved it. |
