The weather here has been rainy and snowy and COLD...just perfect! So, I have had to take several pictures indoors...not my favorite venue but for now...it works...
Here is one of my newest, the 1681-7 1990 Adamas II newly aquired from TJ...

and the album:

1681-7 1990 Adamas II

What a great playing and super sounding guitar...and yes, BEAUTIFUL! Really fine!

This will have do while I'm waiting for the Book Elite from Dave...

Mike,
I have the 1987 version of that guitar in the very same color. It is my favorite. Great tone, volume, and super easy playing. I hope that you have a great time with that guitar.
God bless,
Steve

Dude it's a carbon fiber guitar.... don't worry about it!

OMA, I can now find where you live. Lock your doors.

Mike,

When it gets warmer there, will the increased circulation diminish the 'blue'?

Congrats !

Yes, the economy may be held up by the efforts of our resident trader: I'm thinking he's not done yet...lol

I'll get some better pic's when it's warmer...

Damon: the guitar is carbon fiber but I'm not!!! ;)

Lovely!

Indeed: Give us a sound clip, even a short sample to go with the visual.

I played that one at the jam. Sweet guitar. In person it is a little more beige and a little less blue.

It is a player even if it doesn't have a manly neck. :D

Actually Mike, it's pretty beige (near white and clean) but you're right: I think the flash did bring out the blue...(and the gold flecks)

Anyway, this guitar has a history...Tony owned it, it went to Serge, then to TJ, and now to me...I am planning to keep it so it's trek has stopped for now...
Tony, maybe you can shed light on the history before you got it...

Got it 8/12/04 from World Music (Nashville). It was an eBay auction, came w/o case. Some disclosure problems. Cleaned it up. I loaned it to Serge so that he could use it for a couple of tracks with Ed Reyes on (I believe) the last Lara & Reyes CD. They used mikes on Ed's Martin and the Adamas. Traded it for Serge's Tak CP132SC.
