Kaman/Ebay

I thought the trade mark stuff was interesting, especially, as it seems to be violated on Ebay listings with such regularity....

Interesting, nice to have it out there. Do other companies have this as well?
I'm unaware of what prompted Cayman to do this.

My corporate lawyers advise that we aggressively and proactively protect the trademarks and patents so we have a righteous and consistent position when we get involved in a real furrball. Probably what Kaman is doing and many times this is a prelude to some action. The proverbial "shot across the bow".
