Location: Georgia USA | Thanks. That would be me. I've never met either of the gentlemen, but there were decent pix on the site for everything. I gathered from what I saw that Al always has his hair in place, and Miles never does. And the pix I found as reference for Miles... the expression wasn't far off. I just had to guess as far as the toenails, but they are probably pretty close too.
This pic is in my Photo Album next to the cartoons of Hizzoner and Samova. |

An Adamas I reissue prototype. One beautiful piece of work, complete with OP-Pro. Unfortunately, it's now midnight, and none of us can remember the winner's name. He came as a guest of an OFC member. Rick Hall on the left.
Note Cliff's new friends in the background.

| It went great. First half only, standing in for a sax player (?) - I can do George Benson impersonations til the cows come home. Unfortunately people alweays think "wow, that guy does good GB impersonations". Nobody ever thinks, "wow, it's GB." Is it cos I is white? Or is it cos I just ain't any good? Delete as appropriate.
BTW - if anyone ever wants to know how to improvise, just listen to GB's version of Take Five on the Bad album. It may well be the greatest thing you ever heard. |

I just don't have the time to create it. Not talking about just a link, but if you can put together a "tour pictures" model for each, catptions and such, I will host it for ya. I think I have over 1000 pictures accumulated from the first two tours. |

Location: Georgia USA | Photoshop 7 can make good galleries, pretty much automatically with thumbs and all. Really fast. The only real slowdown would be captioning individual photos. I also have another good gallery program. I could put it together. What you might want to consider would be to send a set of 24 pics for one thing, that can all take the same heading, another 24 of something else. It could be done pretty easily. I design and maintain our church's web site. There is a quick gallery I made for a recent ladies' retreat you can see... nhbaptist.org
Again, like you, Mr. O, my issue is time. But as I said, anyone with Photoshop can export a folder of pix as a web gallery.

You hadda see that guitar. I don't need the extra 2 frets, it has the CA nut width, and the bridge is towards the middle of the body for a better acoustic sound. It was like it was built for me....... |

Is that Folklore LX a contour bowl or a standard medium-depth roundback?

Who's foot is Mr T. treading on in that pic?
And it's called football not soccer. |

Location: closely held secret | Here we call it soccer. We already have a violent game called football, and it was confusing everyone to have two.
The foot is Kim Keller's, the miscreant who brought the guitar with the full intent of destroying it to the shock and horror of all present.
Actually it was quite funny. He had this Celeb he rescued from the dustbin with it's bridge lifting. He took it out at dinner and proceeded to drag it around by the headstock, 'accidently' drop it, throw it to various people, and generally abuse it while seeming oblivious to the looks he was getting. Finally he used it for kicking practice, with Moody taking the first shot. Unfortunately, he was wearing tenners and only succeeded in causing the top to begin separating from the body. It was Master Paul Templeman's mighty boot which pierced the body just below the bridge.
Brad (slipkid) decided to take the poor thing home for a decent burial. (actually he just wanted the preamp - op40 I believe.)
All in all it was good fun! |

That is a brilliant illustration! As a former 'traditionaI artist' I can really appreciate the talent and time that went into that. You are very skilled and I hope you are getting paid well for your talent in some type of artistic career. Great job, and thanks for sharing the illustration on the site!
