Location: SoCal | No, can't forget John...realized that I've never talked or emailed him; dumped all of my strange requests on Kim.
Nor can we forget the engineering/R&D folks - they did design a great instrument.

Location: Upper Left USA | It's funny. The first Customer Service related predicament I had I ended up working with John. He has been my go-to guy ever since. I think I have emailed with Kim only once.
John has put up with my whining, issues and tales rather well! Thanks John!
