Location: Tampa, FL | There's an Ovation pseudo-Q up on fleabay today. Odd payment arragnements and shipping numbers makes me wonder if this is a for real deal. Anybody have any thoughts?
Any body ever tried this style of Q? It appears to have a 5 piece neck as opposed to all graphite construction. I guess my question is: Is this any more than a CVT with odd sound holes. Perhaps an Adamas MOB  |

Location: Tampa, FL | You can find it by searching completed ebay listings for "adamas" it was in the last couple of days. If you want to wait, I'll post a link when I go to work on Tuesday |

First off the high bidders identity was kept private, as were the rest of the bidders. 2.The seller has only 4 feedbacks. If you look the buyers who have left feedback, none has over 2. 3.That is very strange to me that they would all have such low feedback, and buy from this seller. |

Check out the flat-rate shipping on the Seller's guitar auctions: $1.95 on the Washburn WD420SCE, $10.00 on the Adamas Q597.
Emailed asking for pictures and the Seller responded, "the Q597 is brand new. I`m sorry, but i haven`t any more pic`s, because the item is boxed. This Is Factory Sealed. This Is Not Refurbished. Thank you for bidding!" |

Location: Tampa, FL | Man, boy did I miss the boat.
I got a second chance offer to buy this puppy for under $300 (and it's NIB) but the offer expired on the fourth. I begged the seller to reconsider as I was uncertain if this was legitimate. See, I usually only get second chance offers on auctions that Standing O is the winner of ;) (for a while SO and I were competing bidders on various guitars and shortly after he won, I would get more than a few second chance offers). Since all the names were hidden on this one, I just had to take the sellers word for the fact that SO was in fact the winner.
Waiting on the edge my seat to hear from the clcleather_i.
In a related matter, I'm wondering if these scams are somehow a singular Ovation/Adamas/Kaman phenomena or is ebay getting an infestation of late? |
