A U681 with a standard headstock. I don't like slotheads. Two knobs or Op-pro. I DO like the 12 fret, non-cutaway, Adamas in black. |

Location: Keller, TX | The one that StandingO and Lenny have for sale is a 14 fret, cut away. StandingO has a non-cut away 14 fret that would be pretty close.
StandingO, which one is that one. The black, standard head, non-cut away Adamas that you have in your gallery?
This one on the left.

If you re-read their for sale posts, I believe you will find they are Fullbody.
The one pictured in your post above, is the one for sale. |

Location: Keller, TX | Uh Oh. I'm in trouble now. GAS kicking in. These have walnut instead of Ebony, and 14 fret instead of 12, but it's pretty close. Gotta send some e-mails. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | The 1681 and the U681 are two different animals. Some difference is cosmetic (headstock design, number of woods in the epaulets, body binding, neck stripe, fretboard wood, inlays etc.). But other differences effect sound and feel ( especially neck width, and neck length). I A/B these two all the time and can't compare sound. They are just different. If you like a 14 fret adamas, you can't do much better than the 1681. If you like 12 fretter, then U681 is going to be your cup of tea. |

Location: Keller, TX | I had a W597-t8 that had the textured top and ebony fingerboard. I just didn't like the body color. See my gallery. It really was a nice guitar. |
