Location: Boise, Idaho | Check out the 2005 Collector's that was just listed on the bay. Lots of cracks, some maybe into the wood and one definitely through the rosette. Also missing the preamp.
Why would someone list this rather than send it back to the factory, unless it was hot. If it was damaged at a dealer, I would think the dealer could send it back.
It's also for sale by a junk auctioneer. It reminded me of the thread a few days ago about stolen guitars in SLC. Any theories or thoughts? |

Wonder what happened to it, it's a 2005! Age didn't crack this thing...it must have gotten banged around a lot...
Preamp is gone?
If he's a junk dealer, he probably sold that seperately. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I wasn't trying to cost you a sale, Al. It was just odd to me that what looks like a junk dealer would have this new guitar with significant damage and the tag still hanging from the neck. It seems like it wouldn't end up on ebay if a dealer had it damaged in the store. |

Location: Tampa, FL | hey al,
I already loaned out my 6778, and my 6591. figure if I got this one really cheap, I could get one of them back. I'm just looking for a beater (albeit a freaking nice beater). |
