Location: boulder | Has anyone ever seen a custom legend with inlaid abalone on the TRC and bridge, instead of the carved type? The one I am looking at also has the legend style gold leaf logo instead of the custom legend inlaid mother of pearl logo on headstock. I know Paul H. has the gold leaf logo, but not the inlaid TRC and bridge on his 1619. S/n dates to 1975 (52000 something). It has natural finish, black bowl and purple plush lined brown case, if that helps for any reason. Thanks for all/any help. peace, mike |

Location: Central Florida | That's my CL that Mike just bought. I'm glad to know it's staying "in the family." It's a great guitar and it hurts to part with it, but as some of you know I've had some recent health issues that caused me to be out of work for a while and cash is a bit tight. Actually, this is the second of my three CL's I've sold this week... I guess I'd better go update my signature.
Congratulations, Mike... You're gonna love the guitar... I know I did.

Location: boulder | aahh, the plot thickens. Jeff Thanks a lot. It was too irresistable. I feel alot better knowing it was coming from a fellow OFc'er.
Paul, thanks again for help. Gold logo cl'ers unite. :D peace |

What I meant to say is that of my three CL's, I've sold two (the other being my 83 black top). I'm keeping the 81. The original post kinda sounded like I'd sold off all three... I may be stupid but I'm not crazy! Enjoy, Mike...
