Anybody ever heard of or played one of these guitars? I received a calander from my daughter for my birthday and one of the guits shown was a ken Parker Acoustic. The design is quite amazing. I don't know how it plays but it strikes me as one of the coolest guitars I have seen:

FWIW he's the same guy that designed the Parker Fly . I read an article about his new venture in the New Yorker while back but couldn't find it.

looks kinda interesting I think. Maybe up close they aren't so much so, but you never know. Wonder where they're made. It might have said but I didn't see where.

They're not particularly expensive (compared to a lot of archtops) but I've never seen one. He's been making them for several years now.
He makes flat top acoustics as well - again never seen one even at the big UK guitar show.
Love the electrics. But I know SFA about electrics.

I like them, especially Mrs Natural. There are lots of sound clips on the web site. Never seen one though. Maybe the only way to try one is to buy one?

I love his electrics, so I'm guessing these have to be dyn-o-mite.
