I, too have been thinking of replacing the saddle on the balladeer. Does that mean that its saddles can only be purchased direct from the factory? No Tusqs or any after-market saddles available anywhere on-line or through the local music shop?

Do a search. I think somebody found a source or a luthier who could make bone saddle with ovation piezos in it. Or something else bionic like that. Dave
