Nick ... buy this guitar! It's a great bridge from the shiny bowl on your way to an '05 Collectors.

Is the seller a member here? The email address is "oldbaldguy".

Would someone buy this already! If he accepted credit cards, you would be congratulating me right now.

superiorkayaker has been buying and selling Ovations on eBay frequently as of late. Maybe it's somebody here? Come out, come out, wherever you are ... and get on The Witko List.

This is a great re-sale item at that price. If it's in the condition described, it would be worth double the asking price.

Yep, knew it wouldn't last. Great deal! Great guitar.

I think superiorkayaker must resell. He has bought a lot of great Ovations over the last year or so.

Oops. I'm cursed. I was actually working, trying to get something done before my Thursday golf league. At least my golf didn't suck.
Superiorkayaker has outbid me on other Ovations. I guess I'll have to quit my job so I can spend all my time on ebay.

I'm sometimes in contact with him since 6 month and I've used lots of pics of his O's on the site.
His name is Arthur and he lives in Mason/Wisconsin.
It's a great fan of O's and a very kind person.

Maybe is he one of us on this board???? ;)

I was asleep at the wheel, but I am currently enamored with my '68 balladeer. Looking at another guitar now would be like cheating.

Okay, so I looked. Call me slut.

Wow! That sold in 3 hours, 8 minutes.

That's an early serial number model. Look close. There's no battery holder screw.

I just clicked onto the second page of this thread and it started with moody calling somebody a slut. Sometimes it's more fun to pop in on the middle of a conversation. Nick may be a slut, but I'm ebay cursed.
Willard in Wisconsin. Track this guy down and get me a 1537. Thanks.

Mark,

Go to the auction, click on his ID and email him with an offer to buy.

He might flip it for a quick buck.

Confession time. I have this problem letting go. If I bought it, I'd just want to keep it. Same problem with cars. Having to buy and sell a 1537 in a couple months would cause me too much stress. That doesn't even consider the crap I'd have to take from my wife. Today's our anniversary, so let's not get started on this topic. Just sell me your 1537 next week, Noah, and I'll be happy as soon as my wife comes down and until another 87 Collectors' etc. comes along.
