A little over 2 weeks ago, I sent my '05 collectors back to the factory to have some warranty work done on it. Imagine my surprise when it showed up on my doorstep yesterday.

Talk about amazing customer service, the mothership has once again performed above and beyond expectations!

I had experienced problems with yellowing along the binding (7-8 spots and counting) and I felt the the upper frets were cut overly long and protruded slightly over the fingerboard, providing a rough leading edge when sliding up the neck.

Well, no need to tell you, that it came back just absolutely perfect in every way, shape, or form!

Bravo to Kim Keller and crew for another outstanding job and amazingly quick turnaround.

They currently have an Adamas of mine that I sent in at the same time and I can't wait to see what miracles they perform on it.

Then I have one more of my babies to send back for repairs and I will be one happy little boy!

THANKS!!!!! :) :) :)
