And to think I just spent the "buy it now" amount on a new washer and dryer. All I said was "Honey, can we just go back to the washboard and clothesline for a few more months?". Hence my black eye.

I agree... really nice... It was up for auction earlier this month. It had only one bidder for the opening bid of $749.99 about half an hour before the auction ended.

Nice Bass.... A little pricy BIN. I have an Elite that was custom built as a 5 string with a birdseye maple top. This Bass has filled my acoustic wants very well, plugged in it sounds great through the amp and acoustically it compares with any bass I have ever played or heard. I would have to say the only Bass that may have more sound possibilities is an Adamas. Other than that I can say with experience these Elite BAsses are the Cats Ass for an Acoustic Bass. Worth somewhere around $900.00 - $1,000.00 But I would guess if it does not sell this time around the seller may take offers?

Stone you should know women have no sense of humor when it comes to guitars over a washer and dryer, or things for the house. :D
I get the same thing about my guitars. "You can only play one at a time, so why do you need so many?" I always tell her it's because I'm a greedy SOB and I want them all. That doesn't work either. :D
