Location: SE Michigan | I have to say I get a little suspicious when I see a high dollar guitar from a low feedback seller using stock photo's (not photo's of the actual item).
If I was serious about buying this guitar, I would ask the seller to send me some photo's of him and the guitar holding up today's front page of the New York Times.
I would also want to know how the seller came to own the item, why they are selling, etc. |

Location: South Jersey | Cherry Hill is less than 5 miles from me. I'll email and ask if I can come over and check it out personally. I'll say though, that if it actually exists and is minty I'm going to grab it ;-) |

Location: closely held secret | Just got an email from the seller:
The serial # is 14432 USA. I looked it up on the Ovation website and believe it is a 1998. I am selling this for a friend who is away serving our country. The pictures are not of the actual guitar, but I will be able to provide later tonight |

Location: South Jersey | Me too, he says call after 7 and come on by! So, I don't know a damn thing about Adamii, I wasn't allowing myself to look any higher than an older Custom Legend. Are they all basically the same? This is kind of exciting out of the blue! |

Location: Warren,Pa. | I had one of these. Beautiful sound, Optima is an Op50 packaged differently...you can't get a better preamp. This will have gold Schaller tuners...the best!, probably oil-rubbed neck...I loved it but personal preferance, the ebony center on the neck is VERY classy. |

Location: South Jersey | Exactly the same, yeah. When Waskel pointed out he's emailed the guy for specifics and hadn't heard back, I emailed and asked if I could come over and look at it. The seller reponded "Sure, here's my home phone number". So, for me anyway, that sort of allayed my mistrust a bit. There's a used 1597 in the GC between my house and the seller's, I'm going to try and play both today. |

God Bless,
