| Howdy,
I have been away and added another 9 to my username.
Cant for the love of God remember my old password, hope to get that sorted out.
My Limited is still with me but for some reason it has started to humm a little more than i would like it to. Fresh batteries, all outside components are tripplechecked. Anyone who can give me an idea where to begin? Hand on mic, jack, and in some sense, but not as good as the two just mentioned, touching the strings and bridge reduce the humm to a minimum. actually, if i could use a third arm to touch the mics i would be fine, but we are not very advanced when it comes to genetic manipulation over here (norway) so i guess i need to find another solution...
I know how to handle a the basic tools of the trade. Just need to know if this is a common thing with a common fix, and i wanted to say hi to you guys. So Hi Guys : ) |

| hehe, found my old password, how typical to find something like that just 5 minutes after i made a new account.

Really sweet, but the cord is not the problem...
unless all of my cords went bad at the same time.

It acts and sounds like a typical grounding problem, but everything looks ok. Normally i would not have a problem fixing a humming guitar, but i just wonder if there is known issues with the preamp that can generate humm.
