Location: Boise, Idaho | When down to GC tonight to put the Kaman Monterey on layaway for my daughter's boyfriend. His parents are buying it for him for Christmas and I was part of the conspiracy. It's identical to what is currently being sold as a Montana by Kaman, but it says Monterey on the head.
Anyway, another guy was looking at trading a couple of his flatbacks for an Ovation and I told him what little I know. But then he was trying to put together a deal on the Celebrity Deluxe CS 247 that I was looking at for my daughter, so I asked the salesman if he'd take $250 cash tonight. We ended up at $290 with an Ovation case, both like new. So now I have 2 more Kamans until Christmas. Daughter and boyfriend go back to college this weekend, so I'll play their guitars till then. |
