Well, as fans, let's SPEAK UP! Who are they?? Let us know...
Scott Miller
Richard Thompson
Martin Zeller
James McMurtry |

He was dropped by his label after doing "Broken Toy Shop" which is one of my top five albums of all time. Although it got critical acclaim, it didn't sell enough. |

I have seen James McMurtry, I stumbled into a bar
in Austin, and he happend to be playing.
I had a conversation with him, being my last name is McMurtry.
His father is the author of the classic "Lonesome Dove".

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Carrie Newcomer is an outstanding singer and songwriter. We've seen her in concert twice and talked with her...a class act.

Rory Block, who does acoustic blues. Haven't had the chance to see her, but her last two CDs especially have been outstanding.

Kate Rusby, who does Celtic/British folk. Excellent singer and songwriter.

Location: Upper Left USA | Funny, Mr. Golf asked if I could help stage manage for Cliff this week (had to decline). By stage manage, I mean lift heavy things and block the doorway when called for.
