Location: Capital District, NY, USA Minor Outlying Islands | I can remember when Patti Smith and John Cale were new. And also Bruce Springsteen. Here's an article from the times. Musically, 1975 was a pretty cool time in the NYC area. Born to Run was recorded in Rockland County. It stopped being rural about then.
