I was deeply Saddened to learn That Pat Morita Died at the age of 73 over the Thanksgiving Holiday Period. We all remember Arnold from Happy Days. But we probably remember him best as Mr. Miyagi from the Karate Kid Flicks. Last time I saw him on The tube in Febuary, He still looked the same as he did in the First Karate Kid Flick. Hard To belive this man who has brought Joy to so many is gone.
Rest In Peace Pat, You will be Missed.

He was always "one of the good guys" as I remember him in TV and Movies. Just always made you feel good, and knew he would be there to make you laugh or save the day.

I was talking with a co-worker yesterday and they made a comment that struck a chord with me.
Because the Karate Kid movies continued to play through the years and Happy Days is always airing re-runs somewhere.Whole new generations were discovering the characters for the first time and loving them. Pat Morita truly left behind a legacy to be enjoyed for years to come.
